We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Process Operative to join our production team. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Shift pattern: Twilight, Monday to Friday
Hours of work: 18.00-02.00
Free bus from Lincoln and Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trimming, slicing, and dicing products using knives and scissors safely.
- Packing and preparing products according to customer specifications.
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring standards are maintained.
- Keeping the work area clean and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Rotating through various tasks as required.
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Reporting any issues, accidents, or near misses to management.
- Supporting productivity targets and working efficiently to meet demand.
- Flexibility to work in different areas and undertake overtime when necessary.
