The Operation Team Lead is responsible and accountable for the manufacture of quality products which meet production needs and Customer Specification and achieve profit and performance targets. Driving continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems. Enhancing the group mission, vision and values.
Working hours: 2 2 3 shift pattern 06:00 to 18:00
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday
You will need:
- A good level of the English language
- Good organisational skills
- Leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Awareness of food manufacturing industry
- Able to use own initiative
- Flexibility is desirable
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable
