Sofina Foods is seeking an experienced Butchery Supervisor to support day-to-day butchery operations while leading and motivating a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled butcher ready to step into a leadership position, with a strong focus on quality, customer service, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of meat cuts to company and customer standards
- Set up and maintain the butchery counter with strong attention to quality and presentation
- Serve and advise customers with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Manage stock rotation, deliveries, and associated paperwork
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant working environment
- Support, train, and motivate team members
- Assist with product sampling, promotions, and visual merchandising
- Step in to support the Store or Site Manager when required
- Use basic IT systems to manage daily operational tasks
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong butchery skills. You’ll bring:
