About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Line Leader (Supervisor/Team Leader) who thrives in a friendly, non-hierarchical, consumer-focused, and customer-driven high-performance culture to oversee daily operations within our state-of-the-art Production Facilities.
As a Line Leader, you will support the Shift Manager/Production Manager in ensuring all shift goals are safely achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily production function of the line/team.
- Communicate all relevant information regarding your production line to the team and/or Production Manager.
- Ensure full traceability for every batch of product through accurate paperwork recording.
- Support the Production Manager in implementing and improving procedures to maintain high standards of work.
- Motivate colleagues positively and assist in team development through cross-training and ongoing assessment.
- Monitor staff performance and address any underperformance issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing teams, preferably in a food production environment.
- Health & Safety experience and focus.
