ABP Linden is a major beef and lamb processor based in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. The company serves major retailers with ranges of retail products and is heavily involved in developing new products for the retail, manufacturing and food service markets.
Role Definition
This role is based in a production line area and requires processing and packaging goods to a high quality standard, whilst complying at all times with company operating requirements and good manufacturing practices to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce required products meeting company and customer standards to planned volume and schedule.
- Operating machinery.
- Process raw materials by manual operation and with the use of food processing machinery in line with quality and department procedures.
- Label products ensuring that all details are accurate (i.e. dates).
- Quickly, cleanly and efficiently process food items on production line.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, food safety, hygiene, ethical, product labelling and allergen handling processes.
- Maintain the integrity of our products, customers and brands as defined in relevant procedures.
- Keep and maintain appropriate records as required.
- Carry out production checks when required.
- Provide flexibility to meet company operating requirements.
- Perform any other general production duties.

- Basic level of both verbal and written English.
