Sofina Foods is seeking an experienced Butchery Supervisor to support day‑to‑day butchery operations while leading and motivating a team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of meat cuts to company and customer standards
- Set up and maintain the butchery counter with strong attention to quality and presentation
- Serve and advise customers with a professional, customer‑focused approach
- Manage stock rotation, deliveries, and associated paperwork
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant working environment
- Support, train, and motivate team members
