Dunbia Carnaby now wishes to recruit for the skilled Butcher position based at Carnaby, Bridlington, East Yorkshire, UK.
At our Carnaby site, we process both beef and lamb and we are currently looking for Skilled Butchers to work in the Boning Hall, within our production team, who have the experience to confidently cut, bone, and trim beef and lamb to a high standard. Itβs a fast-paced environment, with targets and customer specifications to achieve, and we offer competitive rates for skilled individuals, with opportunities for progression available.
Responsibilities:- Meeting production targets & customer specifications
- Boning & trimming to a high specification
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Complying with Company Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
- Previous butchery industry experience (Block test at interview)
- Must be able to prove Right to Work in the UK
- Monday-Friday with a 6:00 am start
- Canteen
- Free car parking available
- Death in Service Scheme β upon successful completion of probationary period
- PPE (Personal protective equipment) provided
