Hours of Work
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am start until finish.
Competitive Salary
Starting at £11.94 hourly.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack beef and lamb products to standard defined for relevant stage in production process.
- Packing meat to customer specifications using various packaging and machinery.
- Working in a chilled environment.
- Always following Health and Safety and hygiene procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, HSE, animal welfare, food safety, hygiene, ethical, product labelling and handling processes.
- Carry out all tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, specifically regarding health and safety and food safety.
Knowledge and Experience – ideal but not required
- Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but full training will be given.
- Candidates with experience in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment and able to work as part of a team.
Skills
- Essential: Positive and can‑do attitude, good time‑keeping, ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, ability to use own initiative, excellent communication skills, be keen and willing to learn.
- A strong team player with an eye for detail and the knowledge to communicate any problems or issues to Management as they arise.
