Do you want to earn a minimum of £460 per week? We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our team on AM Shift based at our Grandstand Road factory in Hereford! No experience necessary, full training is provided!

Working Hours: 40 hours per week 05:00-14:00 /AM Monday to Friday

About the Role:

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Duties include:

  • Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch.
  • Labelling and grading of products.
  • Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg.

What are we looking for?

  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
  • Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

There are over 1500 talented people employed at our Hereford site, helping us to deliver high quality products to our customers and making the business a trusted leader in fresh foods. We’ve recently invested £1.2 million in technology and equipment, making it one of the most advanced food manufacturing facilities in the UK.
