What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Account Controller to join our growing Commercial team. As an Account Controller, you will support the Sales Director in delivering strategic projects for all customers across Red Meat & Slow Cooked, development plans & new business wins. You will support & lead Commercial Managers in delivering their day-to-day KPIs with their customers and align the wider business on the customers' key objectives.
Key responsibilities as an Account Manager will be to:
- Day-to-day accountability of commercial performance
- Delivery of strategic projects with the customer
- Support of the Commercial team objectives
- Identifying and supporting in the workload required to land new business
Required experience/expertise to succeed as an Account Manager will include:
- Working within MFPE
- Working with UK Retailers in FMCG
- Project management
- External key stakeholder management
- Internal key stakeholder management
- P&L responsibility
- Volume growth demonstration
