Meat London is looking for a full time, customer-focused Leader for our busy shop at Meat N16, Stoke Newington. The successful candidate will lead the team, deliver great customer service, and ensure the shop is well presented. You’ll oversee the charcuterie, cheeses, and ordering produce. Experience with wine is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Supervise the charcuterie and cheese ranges and manage produce ordering.
- Work in the wine room and support weekend wine tastings.
- Report to the Retail Manager.
- Manage a five-day, 42.5-hour work week: Tuesday to Sunday with Mondays off; weekend work is essential.
- Maintain shop appearance and stock levels.
- Participate in company bonus scheme and probation process.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience.
- Customer-focused and friendly demeanor.
- Experience with wine is advantageous; knowledge of cheese and wine is a plus.
