We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager with proven field experience in the meat or foodservice industry. The ideal candidate will lead our direct sales efforts with restaurants, caterers, meal prep companies, hotels, and other food‑based businesses. You will be instrumental in growing our client base, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across restaurants, caterers, hotels, cloud kitchens, and food service clients.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Convert leads into long‑term business partnerships with consistent order volumes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery coordination and service excellence.
- Regularly follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
- Plan and execute daily field visits within assigned zones to prospect and manage client accounts.
- Maintain territory sales records and report weekly activities to senior management.

- Strong existing network in the HORECA sector is highly desirable.
- Valid UK driving license and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
