What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and manage relationships with customers, acting as their go-to contact for support and account management.
- Deliver engaging online demonstrations of our software to potential clients – we’ll provide all the training you need.
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat – helping them get the best out of our products.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining customer accounts, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with our sales, product and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay current with industry and tech trends to better understand customer needs and our unique offering.
