As the Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor, your work will be essential in controlling and supervising the responsive repairs process, actual spend, and monitoring overall expenditure.

We are looking for the following attributes and key skills

  • Practical experience of managing responsive repairs process
  • Overseeing differing client and customer groups and priorities
  • An operational understanding of repairs and voids processes
  • Familiarity with building maintenance

This is identified as one of the high-risk business areas which requires in depth monitoring.

You will lead on operational delivery, and review contractor performance to ensure an efficient and effective service, working in partnership with a centralised repairs and maintenance team, other internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.
