As a Plumber within our Maidstone branch, you will be part of a local team undertaking high standard plumbing repairs and refurbishment activities to NHS sites across the Kent area, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards. The main role will be to deal with plumbing emergencies and take ownership in undertaking repairs, fault findings and complete small maintenance repairs. It is important to ensure customer experience is central to all activities by providing a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients and both internal/external stakeholders.

As part of the role you will be required to keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies and report to your Supervisor/Manager where damages occur as well as utilise existing stock or collect materials as and when required to meet works order requirements, in accordance with standard operating procedures for purchasing and van stock control compliance.

Role Criteria

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
  • Proven experience in plumbing trade environment
  • Full UK driving license
  • Required to work an out-of-hours (OOH) rota

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
