Job Title: Supervisor – Social Housing
As a supervisor, you will work alongside Milton Keynes Council within our social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams who understand the importance of working together for the community.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the supervision activities of our housing operations, ensuring all procedures are efficiently undertaken in compliance with company standards, and delivering top-tier customer service while meeting safety, quality, and cost standards related to budget, profitability, and resource management.
You will oversee contract activities to maximize productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective resource planning and management.
Regular site visits will be conducted to supervise work delivery, ensure resources are adequate, and that work is completed to quality standards, on time, and within budget. You will also compile management reports on operational activities and performance.
Compliance with health & safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards is essential. You will demonstrate and monitor adherence to legislation, codes of practice, and best practices relevant to all work activities.
Customer experience should be central to all activities. Maintain professionalism in communication, appearance, and safety standards.
You will manage employee performance, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring HR policies are followed. Training will be provided as needed.
Asset management includes maintaining company vehicles, tools, materials, and PPE, utilizing reports for administration.
Support company policies, procedures, and initiatives, reporting damages or issues to management. Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

- UK full driving license
- Entitlement to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- Must be over 21, with a driving license held for over 3 months and less than 9 penalty points
- Subject to DBS/Security checks prior to employment
