We are the largest provider of repairs, maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears offers tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnerships with over 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations, and Housing Associations.

Day to Day duties

  • Assisting the Roofer
  • Carrying materials up ladders
  • Picking up materials from local merchants
  • Removing and replacing roof tiles

Role Criteria

  • Previous labouring experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Physical fitness and ability to carry roofing materials up and down ladders
  • Ability to work at heights

All roles require candidates to have the right to work within the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

Candidates should be aware that all roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before employment begins.
