Mears is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance contracts within social housing.
You will supervise a small team of electrical operatives plus subcontractors, ensure meters and equipment are calibrated, and provide electrical support to clients and internal teams.
You will monitor progress with site visits, keep projects on time and within budget, and compile reports for reviews and audits.
