As a Multi Skilled Operative with MPS you’ll have involvement with larger jobs like bathroom and Kitchen fittings as well as smaller, reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties. Working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks.
You’ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key.
This role covers areas such as Hampshire and London -South, West and Little bit of the North. (EG: Aldershot, Basingstoke, Bromley, Canterbury, Dartford, Uxbridge etc.)
Role Criteria:
- Extensive on the job experience in multiple trades such Carpentry & Joinery, Plastering, Plumbing and Glazing
- Hold a Full UK Driving License
- Have own tools
- Be a great team player as well as possess the ability to work under your own initiative
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
- IT Literate- For PDA Use
- Happy with travel
- Ideally hold a trade qualification especially if you don\’t have much firsthand experience
