About the role:
We’re on the lookout for talented and versatile Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our team in Dover, supporting a busy social housing contract. We are recruiting for two positions within this advert:
Both roles offer a hands-on opportunity to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across a range of trades, helping to ensure residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well maintained.
These are dynamic roles where you’ll be responsible for carrying out multi-trade works across social housing properties. Depending on the role, you will either be delivering planned maintenance programmes or preparing void properties to a high standard ahead of re-let. No two days are the same, and your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and deliver excellent customer service will be key to your success.
With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to improving social housing standards, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the local Dover community.
