Celtic Horizons is a partnership between United Welsh Group and Mears Group PLC, delivering repairs, maintenance and improvement services to over 6,800 homes across South Wales.
The work we do helps keep homes safe, well maintained and in good condition for the people who live in them. Every day our teams are out in the community delivering a range of repairs, maintenance and planned improvement works across local housing.
This is practical, hands-on work that makes a real difference to residents and the communities we serve.
You will be part of the operational team working within the Celtic Horizons partnership, supporting United Welsh tenants across South Wales. Your contract will be issued under Celtic Horizons as part of the local partnership structure.

This apprenticeship will take around 18 months to complete and will result in gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.
About the role:
As an Apprentice Planner , you will be developing within the role guided by your mentor. The role will be based within our customer service team working from our branch in Caerphilly. One day a week is allocated to complete your college coursework and the option to work from home when completing this is available.
You will not be required to attend college; all courses are online, and assessments are submitted via a secure portal.
You will be involved in a wide range of activities including data analyst, using this information to support both complaints and compliments from the client, tenants, and residents. Attending meetings and site visits and arranging social value events with local schools and community groups.
Role Criteria:
GCSE in Maths and English graded A-E
Eager to learn and give 100%
Knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, outlook, Word etc.

Please note: as part of the selection process, you will be required to complete a basic maths and English test, similar to the assessments needed to join the college
