We are looking for a highly motivated Voids Manager to join our Milton Keynes team.

This is a fast-paced role where you will lead the delivery of high standard void refurbishment activities, ensuring excellent customer service, strong operational performance and successful client relationships.

Working closely with operational teams, supervisors, subcontractors and clients, you will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining compliance standards and ensuring contractual KPI targets are achieved.

You will oversee service delivery, resource deployment, reporting and continuous improvement activities across the contract.

As Voids Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of contract service delivery, ensuring operational and commercial performance aligns with contractual commitments and company standards.

You will lead teams to deliver high quality void refurbishment works safely, efficiently and within budget whilst maintaining strong customer and client relationships.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage supervisors and operational teams to deliver contract objectives and KPI targets.
  • Lead client liaison activities and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Prepare operational, commercial and performance reports.
  • Chair weekly and monthly client meetings.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and support employee development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures and quality standards.
  • Manage direct labour, subcontractors and supply chain partners to maximise productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets, cash flow, work programmes and contract performance.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and contractual performance outcomes.

Role Criteria

  • Extensive management experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing clients, subcontractors, operatives and supervisors.
  • Previous responsibility for delivering successful KPI performance.
  • Strong reporting skills including Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Trade background desirable.
  • Social housing experience desirable.
