About the Role:
As a Plumber, you will be part of a local team performing high-standard plumbing repairs and refurbishment activities in commercial properties, delivering excellent customer service while meeting safety, quality, and cost standards.
You will take ownership of construction, fault finding, and maintenance repairs, aiming for first-time completion within budget and time constraints. Customer experience is central to all activities. Maintain professionalism when communicating with service users, clients, and stakeholders.
All activities will be processed electronically via a handheld device (PDA), including worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence, stock management, vehicle inspections, safeguarding, risk assessments, and method statements.
Role Criteria:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
- Full UK manual Driving License
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
