Mears work in partnership with central and local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions to homelessness, provide more social and affordable housing and create specialist housing for people with care needs.We’re on the lookout for a talented and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, supporting a busy repairs contract in Darlington. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across a range of trades, ensuring residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well cared for as well as void properties ready for service user move ins.With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to improving housing standards, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the community.
