Performance Analyst Apprentice Milton Keynes – office based

Full time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 18-month fixed term contract

Salary: 16yrs – 17yrs: £7.71ph, Over 18yrs: £10.71ph, Over 21yrs: £12.21ph

About the role

During your apprenticeship within the Milton Keynes branch, you will be part of the Asset, Commercial & Governance Team, with specific focuses on data analysis and insight. The main duties will include supporting with the production of Key Performance Indicators and client presentation packs. You will listen, observe and participate in a range of tasks which will enable you to gain new skills and knowledge that contribute to the successful achievement of the apprenticeship programme. The successful candidate will learn about commercial management, compliance, asset management and data analysis and evaluation.

You will be involved in various duties including:

  • Liaising and communicating with stakeholders, clients and contractors
  • Compiling reports
  • Answering queries, complaints and compliments via email or phone
  • Undertaking administrative tasks such as typing up notes and attending meetings

Role Criteria:

  • GCSE Grade 4 or above in both Maths and English
  • Organised, reliable and adaptable
  • A strong work ethic
  • Honest/trustworthy and demonstrate the ability to work using own initiative as well as working as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Capacity to absorb new information quickly and accurately
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and enthusiastic
  • Attention to detail
