Location: Remote role but travel required where needed

Salary up to £45,000 per annum plus £4,000 company car allowance

Contract: Full time – 2-year fixed term contracts, Monday to Friday

About the Role

Mears Housing Management is looking for a Data Analyst to help deliver the Property Management Platform (PMP), a transformation programme for the Asylum Accommodation & Support Services Contract (AASC). The Data Analyst will help turn PMP data into clear insight, support better data quality, stronger reporting, benefits tracking and more confident operational decision-making. PMP is being introduced to provide a single, more reliable way to manage property, occupancy and operational information across AASC. It will improve data quality, strengthen reporting and support more consistent ways of working across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organise, analyse and interpret programme data.
  • Identify issues, trends, risks and insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop reports, dashboards and KPI information.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance.
  • Recommend improvements to data, processes, controls and reporting.

Role Criteria

  • Experience analysing, validating and reporting on complex, multi-layered operational or project data.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; dashboard experience desirable.
  • Ability to identify trends, data quality issues and root causes.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence presenting insight.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
