Who are we? MPS has been caring for residents’ homes for over 25 years. As part of the Mears Group, we offer partnership solutions and expertise in estate management and property maintenance. Delivering a range of property services, including reactive repairs and planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide.
Role Criteria:
- We are looking for an experienced Glazer / UPVC Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy repairs team environment.
- Reporting individual job actions from site to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Must be competent with all aspects of glazing and UPVC works including installing/replacing hinges, handles, restrictors, locks, and sliding gear.
- Must have experience in changing UPVC trims, sills, and renewing double-glazed units.
- Must be able to measure glass and doors and confidently order materials with our suppliers. Familiarity with composite doors is required.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
