Location: Glasgow

Salary: £32,740 per annum, plus company van and fuel card

Contract: Full-time – Permanent, 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

As a Multi Skilled Operative you will be responsible for carrying out a high standard of multi-trade repairs and refurbishment works across our housing properties. You will deliver best in class customer service whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and possess strong time management skills.

Role Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience in multi-trade work
  • Proven experience in reactive repairs
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ownership of basic tools
