Salary: £18,561 per annum, £13.45 an hour

Permanent, Part-time – 30 hours per week

Monday to Friday: 3:30pm-9:30pm

This role is part of the Morrisons Facilities Services business. If you’re successful, you’ll be employed by Morrisons Facilities Services, which is part of Apleona UK. Apleona delivers facilities services across a wide range of sites and communities, and this is a great opportunity to join at a time of positive change and growth.

If you take pride in delivering excellent cleaning standards and enjoy working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you. This is a part-time position within a school environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, organised, and possess strong time management skills.

Duties:

  • Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all schools to a high standard
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as hoovering, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
  • Carry out deep cleaning tasks during school holidays or scheduled closures
  • Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively (e.g. floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners)
  • Replenish cleaning supplies, soap dispensers, toilet rolls, and paper towels as needed
  • Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with site procedures and environmental standards
  • Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to the supervisor promptly
