Tasks include glossing woodwork such as doors, door frames, skirting boards, and architraves to a high standard. The role primarily supports void property refurbishments and response maintenance jobs, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable or livable condition efficiently and professionally. Externally, painters will work at height using ladders to prepare and paint fascia boards, soffits, and timber elements, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
