Mears Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative for a full-time permanent role in Essex. You will perform a range of property maintenance tasks across domestic properties, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating.
The job requires delivering high-quality repairs, using handheld systems to record work, and maintaining tools and a company van with a fuel card. You will work 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday to Friday) in tenanted social housing properties, ensuring safety.
