Are you someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and enjoys working independently? We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team in Caerphilly, helping to maintain communal areas across a range of residential properties. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same. You will travel between sites, ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe and welcoming for residents.
About the Role:
- Clean communal areas within residential properties
- Travel between sites using a company vehicle
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Clean stairways, hallways and communal living areas
- Clean kitchen areas and toilet facilities
- Carry out dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping and sweeping tasks
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
Key Criteria:
- Full UK driving licence
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling activities
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Previous cleaning experience desirable
