The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 £ per hour.

Annual salary: up to £27,988.20

Location: Caerphilly

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Salary: £27,988.20 per annum plus commercial vehicle and fuel card

Are you someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and enjoys working independently? We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team in Caerphilly, helping to maintain communal areas across a range of residential properties. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same. You will travel between sites, ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe and welcoming for residents.

About the Role:

  • Clean communal areas within residential properties
  • Travel between sites using a company vehicle
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Clean stairways, hallways and communal living areas
  • Clean kitchen areas and toilet facilities
  • Carry out dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping and sweeping tasks
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally

Key Criteria:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling activities
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and professional approach to work
  • Previous cleaning experience desirable
