About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Fleet Administrator to join our dedicated team in Brentwood. You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to colleagues and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities & Criteria
- Fleet Administration
- Auditing 250 vehicles within the Group
- Looking at photos of the vans taken by operatives to ensure they are clean and damage free
- Looking at mileage to ensure there are no discrepancies
- Working with Excel spreadsheets
Role Criteria
- Fleet administration experience
- Administration experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience with Power BI
- Good customer service skills
- Organisational skills
- Process driven
