The Mears Group is seeking an organised Planner to join our Birmingham repairs team. You will schedule repairs, allocate works to operatives, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high customer service. You will be the key link between residents, operatives and colleagues, supporting a responsive and compliant repairs service. In this full-time permanent role based in Birmingham, you’ll use IT scheduling tools, manage multiple trades, and contribute to KPIs and continuous service.
