This role will focus on securing contracts for a wide range of large-scale programmes that improve homes and communities. We are looking for a Bid Manager who has experience across working with bids that include kitchen and bathroom installations, window and door replacements, internal and external improvement schemes, retrofit projects and solar technologies, as well as full estate refurbishments across both low- and high-rise properties. In many cases, our bids encompass all of these elements, reflecting the scale and complexity of the work we deliver.Mears is one of the UK\’s leading housing and care providers to both the public and private sector, with over 5,500 employees, working with clients to help develop, fund and implement their placemaking ambitions.**The Role**As a Bid Manager, you\’ll report to the Head of Bid Management.
