Key Information

  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑5:00
  • Salary: up to £30,598 per annum, plus commercial vehicle & fuel card
  • Location: Yorkshire (field based)

About the Role

As a Compliance Technician you will complete approximately 20 tenanted property compliance checks per day across Yorkshire. The role includes monthly fire alarm and smoke alarm tests, monthly emergency lighting checks, monthly Legionella water hygiene checks in occupied properties, and potentially PAT (portable appliance testing) if you hold the relevant qualification. The successful candidate must work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, ensure all checks are completed in line with current regulations and company procedures, and accurately record results and findings using the required documentation or handheld systems.
