Annual salary: up to £44,435.33

Location: Coatbridge - With travel to sites on a regular basis

Contract: Full time - Permanent - 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.30

The successful Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervisory duties of repairs, refurbishment and pre-planned maintenance works in our Void and Tenanted properties. Ensuring all work and procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the operational supervision of current and future contract activities for all electrical works, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability, and satisfaction, supervising and overseeing multi-trade and specialist work. Ensuring works are adequately resourced, are being effectively delivered to set quality standards, completed on time and within budgets and essential and carrying out regular Quality Audits and Competence Assessments of operatives and specialist sub-contractors. Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company's commitments to best practice with legislation, codes of practice & good working practices relevant to all work activities; ensuring that it contributes to the customer experience by adopting a professional manner when communicating with all stakeholders.

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
