This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied social housing properties. From fixing leaks and replacing taps to diagnosing more complex issues with heating systems or drainage, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping homes safe, functional, and comfortable. You’ll be working directly with residents, so a professional approach and strong customer service skills are essential.
