About The Role
As a Plasterer working for Mears Group PLC from our Coatbridge branch you will provide support to our void properties we serve in the North Lanarkshire area.
The successful Plasterer will work from a PDA and receive daily notifications of required jobs; these will either have 1 job a day if a Major works or may be multiply repairs if small jobs like patching around a light switch or light fitting.
All works are planned by our internal planning team and you will be expected to work in a tidy manner and leave properties as you find them.
We are looking for someone who has experience with a variety of plastering works to include coving, ceilings, walls, kitchens and bathrooms, plaster boarding, skimming, skim coat plastering, full plastering, repairs and floor screeds.

- Experience in other trade backgrounds would be advantageous
It would be advantageous if the successful candidate to have social housing experience.
