Delivering a range of property services, including reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide including, Orbit: one of the largest housing providers in the midlands, east Anglia and the southeast.
About the Role:
We are now actively looking for a Planner to join our team here in Norwich. You will be working alongside the complex repair\'s supervisors dealing with major repairs, disrepairs and compliant jobs. As a Planner, your main duties will include calling residents to book in appointments and planning operatives\' diaries. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining PDA (personal digital assistant) control allocation and will monitor daily work volumes ensuring efficient use of resources to meet turnaround timescales. As well as this, whilst ensuring employees always have the workload to allow them to perform to an optimum level, you will also provide supporting information on operative performance levels.
Role Criteria:
- Previous experience in a planning role or similar
- Good IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Great organisational skills
- Proven ability to prioritise workload
