About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Operative within our Caerphilly branch, you will be responsible for kitchen and bathroom fittings within occupied social housing properties. You will be part of a local team undertaking high standard multi-trade repairs and refurbishment activities to housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The main duties will be tiling, floor laying, basic plumbing and joinery.
Role Criteria:
- Preferably plumbing as a core trade with experience in joinery, tiling, plastering and decorating.
- A relevant trade qualification or extensive on the job experience.
- Full driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
