Part Time Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Hourly rate: £14.25
Location: Alva
Contract Type: Maternity Cover, Part Time, 24hrs a week, Monday to Friday, times negotiable.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Macduff to support the existing team. Responsibilities will include liaising with colleagues, assisting with all recruitment needs from candidate application to interview, offer, security checks and new starter completion checks. You will be responsible for:
- Contacting candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Supporting candidates with PVG’s
- Obtaining references
- Uploading all documents onto our CRM system
- Completing any other admin tasks that may be required from you at branch
This Administrator role is dynamic; no two days are the same. You will support in different areas and the ability to multitask is required.
