Key Responsibilities
- Management of all aspects of operational and commercial delivery, ensuring overall contract performance aligns with contractual commitments and agreed company & client protocols.
- Managing works to programme time frames, producing project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, Mears standard operating procedures, values and quality assurance accreditations.
- End-to-end management of responsive repairs across a range of occupied homes.
- Line management of four supervisors, including performance reviews, one‑to‑ones and daily briefings.
- Oversight of KPIs, reporting and service delivery standards.
- Handling client queries and managing resident complaints effectively.
- Supporting and engaging operatives and branch teams to achieve high‑quality outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience managing a contract within the social housing sector.
- Experience in responsive repairs.
- Experience in budget management.
- Experience in performance reporting.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to provide evidence of contract performance and efficiency.
- Technical knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
