We are looking for empathetic, passionate and hardworking Care Workers for our Extra Care Scheme located in Doddington. Duties will vary day to day; we value our service users and encourage them to be as independent as possible. General day-to-day duties may include supporting with personal care needs, prompting, or assisting with medication, preparing and serving meals, additional activities that support their health and well-being. We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people. Our goal is to provide housing with care based on an enabling approach with an outcome-focused support planning process.
