Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer
Location: Croydon
Contract: 12-month fixed contract
Salary: Up to £29,988.00 per annum, including Car Allowance or a commercial vehicle
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Liaison Officer to support our Croydon contract. Your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to social value activities in our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and contract lead to enhance customer experience, engagement, and social impact.
- Provide front-line customer service and training, acting as a Mears brand ambassador.
- Support social value activities and ensure effective communication with customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels.
- Manage customer appointments and relationships, ensuring timeliness and quality.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in customer service
- IT literate with excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships
- Full driving license and ability to manage time effectively
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience in social housing is desirable
