About the Role
We are looking for empathetic, passionate and hard working Care Workers to join our nights team at Willow Court in Whittlesey. We value our service users and encourage them to be as independent as possible. Duties vary by shift and may include:
- Supporting personal care needs
- Prompting
- Assisting with medication
- Responding to emergency phones
- Completing night care shifts
- Laundry and domestic tasks
Hours of work are 8pm – 8am, with optional extra night or day shifts. We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to deliver high‑quality community care for vulnerable people, providing housing with care based on an enabling approach with outcome‑focused support planning.
