Business Support Apprentice

Dundee/Angus

1 year apprenticeship

Salary – £7.55 per hour

About the role

During your apprenticeship within the Dundee/Angus branch your main duties will be supporting the team with quotations, viewing reports, downloading, and updating invoices, involved in meeting minutes, moving jobs through on MCM, ensuring all documents are up to date on MCM and general administration office work. Another part of the role will be learning the rest of Facilities Management, seeing what hard and soft services do. We will encourage you to get involved in projects.

Accountabilities:

* Receiving inbound calls from customers/service users
* Sending and responding to email communication
* Logging and investigating repairs.
* Completing assignments – apprenticeship. (2 hours a day provided towards working on assignments)
* These assignments will be customer service based and will often where possible relate to the work they are currently doing within their job role.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday – 40 Hours Per Week

Role Criteria:

* Functional skills in both Math’s and English
* The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to understand and interpret work instructions
* Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
