About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our dedicated team in West Kensington Branch. You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to residents, clients, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operational team and Partnering Manager
- Ensuring office supplies and stationery are ordered and stock levels maintained
- Ordering Uniform, PPE and Operatives ID badges
- Fleet administration, ensuring there are correct permits in place for the van parking, booking in services and MOT and making sure there is a temporary van for operatives to use
- Engage with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders professionally via phone and email
- Build effective working relationships with supervisors, housing teams, and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery
- Support the team with scheduling, record-keeping, and general administration
Key Criteria
- Previous Administration experience
- IT Literate with the use of Microsoft package
- Good Written and Verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Previous experience in social housing
