Mearns View Care Home is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead clinical standards across the home. You will partner with the Home Manager, own medication management, clinical governance and care planning, and mentor the care team to deliver exceptional resident care.
We offer a 40-hour week, a £2,500 welcome bonus, and a salary of £52,000–£55,120 per annum. A luxury 67-bed setting, PVG incl., and NMC registration support are included as part of a committed leadership pathway.
