Meanwood Valley Urban Farm is looking for an Assistant Grower to join their small Market Garden team. This is a part-time, fixed term position (12 months, with a view to becoming permanent) at £12.71 per hour. Start date: April 2026.
You’ll help grow high-quality organic vegetables for their year-round CSA veg box scheme, working across all stages of production and supporting volunteer sessions in their one-acre Market Garden. This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to someone with some experience of food growing who enjoys working as part of a team, learning new skills and contributing to a welcoming, community-focused growing space.
